Today she celebrates her 52nd birthday so I thought it´s about time re - post my original post - especially since I added a lot of new GIFs to it ( I took some old ones down but you can see them in the original post ).


I really thought this year I could do the final version of this post where it´s all about Somona Ventura - and maybe a bit about Federica Ridolfi.

Especially since I went to all the trouble and did a separate post about Monique Sluyter and the Tutti Frutti girls. But then I got a little carried away and there was some new Power Girl stuff I wanted to add and some new animated GIFs of porn star and real life Power Girl Carolyn Monroe and here we are with a post that is much longer than any previous versions and is sure to surpass any upload limit. Which means that there definitely will be a re - post of Simona Ventura next year and maybe then I can do the shorter and final version. But let´s get to it : Simona is one of the hottest MILFs on italian tv and maybe in the whole world. I first saw her waaay back when we could still receive italian tv via the normal tv cable.

She was the presenter of QUELLI CHE IL CALCIO which was probably the best show about soccer - EVER, a sports - oriented variety program that is broadcast live from Milan. The popular show mixes coverage of Italian Serie A soccer in real time with comedy and music. And hot women.

Yes, that´s the difference between italian tv and german tv : in Italy a show about soccer has comedy, movie stars, interviews, music acts, a megahot presenter and a dance group with various incredible sexbombs. In Germany it´s some old guys sitting around a table and drinking beer.

 
But back to the best soccer tv program on the planet.  Not only did they have the hot Simona Ventura presenting the show they also had a ballet with THE italian Ueber Power Girl of all time EVER : Federica Ridolfi.


Aside from participating in the usual dance numbers with the other girls of the ballet troupe Federica also has her solo performances which are ultrahot ( although italian fashion designers Dolce & Gabbana weren´t too impressed with her dance when they visited the show, those dudes were so gay, and I don´t mean that as an insult, just stating the fact ).



Anyway, when men in Italy think about soccer they think about Federica.

In addition to her appearances on QUELLI CHE IL CALCIO ( which she joined in 2005 ), Ridolfi was also featured on QUELLI CHE IL CALCIO ASPETTANO during the 2005 - 2006 soccer season. The live broadcast preceded soccer matches and also included comedy sketches that satirize politicians and other celebrities. In September 2005, she appeared on the cover of Max Magazine, which also featured an interview with the tv star.

But back to Todays birthday babe : Simona also hosted X - FACTOR


and ISOLA DEI FAMOSI ( the italian version of SURVIVOR ) because of her good sense of humor and a body that just won´t quit. She has the best outfits on tv ever, is not afraid to show her stuff and while Simona´s not mega stacked she has a lot of sex appeal no matter if she´s wearing a shirt with a bit of cleavage, a hot teacher´s outfit, doing a super sexy wet carwash or dons a black dress that barely covers her impressive talents.


And she also bends over a lot especially when her XXL - sized boobs could fall out of her dress at any given minute. Really, she bends over a lot !!!


Now with movies or comics I could tell you which ones were the best and you would know where to get them. It´s not that easy with a tv show.

Especially past episodes from tv shows from Italy. I don´t even know if the shows are still on air since I have no access to italian tv. So it´s going to be a lot of pictures and clips. I know that some readers have a problem with that but I don´t want to put any download links on the blog and I also don´t want to link to other websites that are not safe for work. In any case most of these links or websites are deleted sooner or later so I tried to cram the best Simona Ventura stuff in this post. Bare with me.

Now she´s in quite the dilemma because on one side she was desperately trying to prevent the dress from squeezing her breasts up to her chin. But then you see her pause with her hand grabbing the zipper, realizing that if she loosens the dress ( or if her breasts destroy the zipper which´s more likely ) she might show more than she wants. In the end she decides to let it be even as more and more of her bosom is squeezed out of the top.

Next up is another special video. I think Simona has lost a bet and has to do the famous " chin chin " performance from the COLPO GROSSO show.


For my non - european readers out there : there was a show called COLPO GROSSO from Italy with some dancers dressed as certain fruits who would dance to a special song and when the last refrain said " chin chin " they popped their tops and the candidates had to make a bet ( before they opened their tops ) if they had stickers of fruits on them or not.


If they had fruits - or rather stickers with fruits - on them the candidates would win points and if they had enough of them they could get the women who presented the european nations to strip. Who could get the most women the most naked was the winner and the points they would score were called country points or Länderpunkte, a word that has become a household expression in Germany. It´s not unusual to hear german tv viewers say : Well, we´re not going to see any Länderpunkte in this movie. Anyway, the show was done to promote the Ecu, the new currency for a United Europe ( no, that really didn´t work out that well ) but the important part was getting to see girls strip. Although the men always forgot which girl represented which country and so often the hottest looking girls never got their turn. This one was my favorite.


The show was adapted by various countries and it was called AY QUE CALOR in Spain and TUTTI FRUTTI in Germany. In Germany it was the show nobody watched ( or at least admitted watching ) but everybody saw.


When it was first shown in the 80s I was doing my military service in Munich and in my room there was cable tv - unlike at home. So every Sunday afternoon I took the ICE to Munich, bought some american comics at the station, went to the barracks, showered, shaved and watched TUTTI FRUTTI before going to sleep. And I always made sure to catch the beginning, I didn´t want to miss the big breasted hottie from the intro.


In Germany the show was hosted by Hugo Egon Balder, Tiziana and Monique Sluyter, who may be responsible for my fixation on Power Girl.


I mean it must have been around the same time when I read Bart Sear´s version of Power Girl in the pages of JUSTICE LEAGUE EUROPE and when I saw Monique´s impersonation of Marilyn Monroe on TUTTI FRUTTI.



In the old comics artist Wally Wood kept making Power Girl´s breasts bigger and bigger to see how far he could take it. Or at least that is the urban legend. Fact is that the artists after him drew her with normal proportions .... or what is considered normal for superheroines. Until Bart Sears took over the character, buffed her up and returned her to her overdeveloped signature breast size - at least until the whole NEW 52 fiasko / retcon.


When I started to read american comics the DC universe was brand new thanks to the CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS fallout and I grabbed all the series I didn´t know which included the two fisted combo of JUSTICE LEAGUE by Keith Giffen, J. M. DeMatteis and Kevin Maguire and JUSTICE LEAGUE EUROPE also by Giffen and Matteis, art by Bart Sears and inks by Pablo Marcos whom I knew from his work on DEFENDERS. I don´t know if it was fate but the very first issue of JUSTICE LEAGUE EUROPE I got was issue 4 in which Power Girl, Flash and Animal Man share a hotel room as they go to Bialya on an undercover mission. I re - read the issue a few times and I always wondered if these more human - and more horny in the case of Flash - heroes didn´t spend the waiting time in a more adult way.


Well, I was young, in my sexual prime and had a lot of spare time in the barracks ( we were three in one room but the others went home after duty so I had the black and white television set with a lot of TUTTI FRUTTI and PLAYBOY LATE NIGHT episodes all to myself which didn´t exactly help my situation ) so I re - read the issue a few times imagining what could have happened if Animal Man would have gotten Power Girl under his control with pheromones. Ah, all the things I would have done to her.
 

For me Bart Sear´s version is still the definite version of Power Girl and now that DC is back - paddling with their REBIRTH initiative and restoring many things I am of course curious to find out what that means for Power Girl. As far as I know she has not yet appeared in the all new DC universe continuity so there might be a return to her former glory in store for her.


But back to Monique Sluyter. I think she´s dutch and she was one of the girls on TUTTI FRUTTI. I have to say I liked her more than Tiziana who always played the goofy part. Not that Monique couldn´t be goofy and would have problems with the german pronunciation ( although her accent could drive men crazy ). But she always did it with charme and some tongue in cheek humor. It also helped that she is totally hot ( check out more GIFs with the Tutti Frutti girls in Monique´s new birthday post ).


Now, back to Simona, she also has to do the chin chin dance even if she´s allowed to wear a bra beneath. Although she has to do it two times.

James Robinson turns 54 and since he has written or co - written some of my favorite comic books like JSA, Starman, The Golden Age and especially Leave It To Chance I thought about giving him a solo post but after doing a quick inventory I realized that I don´t have enough material for that.


Okay, you might say when has that ever stopped me before but I did some research on the internet and there is not enough good art out there. But who knows ? Since this post is written in advance I might actually have the necessary material for a full blown stuff. I still have not given up hope to do a full blown post pimping Leave It To Chance and I have been a fan of this series from the start. In fact, if you go back to my very first post you will find a picture of the cover of issue 13 there ( the last issue that came out ) and my third post was about the excellent Kitty Pryde - Shadow And Flame mini series drawn by Paul Smith who also collaborated with James Robinson on The Golden Age and Leave It To Chance. Which brings us to the links which are all for those two books. If you haven´t read the series and are not afraid of getting spoilered there is a review of The Golden Age on JUSTICE LEAGUE : REVISITED and Dean Compton at THE UNSPOKEN DECADE covers The Golden Age in 4 parts ( part 1 / part 2 / part 3 / part 4 ) and also has an entry for the Justice Society of America series by Len Strazewski and the late Mike Parobeck . Jim MacQuarrie on GEEKDAD has a post on the 20th anniversary of Leave It To Chance in 2016 which slipped unnoticed by everybody and you can see some interior pages from that and other series Paul Smith has worked on over the years on his website . 


Speaking of comic pimping, they are currently out of print but you can still get the hardcover collections of Leave It To Chance via online stores like amazon and although they only reprint the series up to issue 11 they are totally worth it since these are oversized and you can read this with your kids. It kind of makes me wish they did an absolute edition of this series.


Another somewhat comic related anniversary is the 57th birthday of Brad Meltzer who has written other things besides comics. I am always cautious when writer from other genres try to write comic books because unlike other people I don´t have an inferiority complex about reading comics so I don´t feel the need to validate this passion of mine by having writers from accepted areas like books, movies or tv come in and " elevate " this art form. But I have to give credit where credit is due, Identity Crisis was a well written mini series otherwise people would not have been so upset about what happened in its pages. If it had been it would have just been dismissed as not part of the canon like so many other bad comic stories. On the other side his run on Green Arrow left me a bit underwhelmed.


Speaking of tv writing, when I read that Michael Praed turns 57 I knew that name sounded familiar and after doing a bit of research I found out that he played the lead character Robin of Loxley in Robin of Sherwood. A pox on your house imdb, for not making that the first thing on your known for section. For all those out there who missed the 80s and who only heard of the great cult series from that decade, this was one of them.


This series was a monster and a worldwide success. But not only did it make Robin Hood cool again and has one of the most macho endings in all of tv history it also laid the groundwork for other adaptions like Robin Hood : Prince Of Thieves. Kevin Costner draws a lot on the charmed rogue Michael Praed played and Morgan Freeman´s role of Azeem was blatantly swiped from Nazir. I also have to thank this tv series for introducing me to the mystical music of Clannad who provided the mindblowing soundtrack.



Speaking of great tv series, Anette O´Toole celebrates her 65th birthday who is best known to Today´s tv audiences as Martha Kent on Smallville ( which a lot of people didn´t know was related to the Superman mythos ) and to people from my generation as Lana Lang in Superman III - The Lightning of Steel how it was called here in Germany for some reason.


We are staying with comics and to my shame I had to do a bit of research on Francois Thomas who turns 66 and created one of my favorite comics Stan Caiman which is all about women with incredibly big breasts. You can see how this caught my attention. I don´t think he is actually working on the series and what has been published so far has been collected in two volumes. Naturally the cover below is on my list of comic covers I would like Yaya Han to re - enact ( since we are on the subject of women with incredibly big airbags ) although I would make her doing the hula hoop as a bare chested night nurse on top of a cocktail drink the covers main focus.


Aprops sexbombs with big oppais, an german sex icon from my misspent youth celebrates her 70th anniversary : Ingrid Steeger. She was in a lot of erotic comedies of the 80s although she became best known as starring resident sexbomb on the german variety / cabaret cult show KLIMBIM.

I remember the show was must see tv ( not only because Ingrid wore really skimpy outfits and sometimes even went topless ) and it´s really indicative of the kind of tv program we have Today that a show from the 70s has more political commentary and social critique than most german tv productions from Today. You can find some episodes on YouTube but since it´s been over 30 years since I watched them I have no idea which ones are the best. In any case here´s a short clip with young Ingrid Steeger.



Ingrid was never quite happy with her image as a sexbomb / jokester girl but I have to say that being sexy AND funny is no small feat to pull off if you consider how many of Todays young actresses try at this and fail.

Anyway, Ingrid most stuck to what she did best and she did not only bring a godgiven natural sensuality but also a kind of naiivitee to her roles. One of her most famous series was ZWEI HIMMLISCHE TÖCHTER ( Two Heavenly Daughters ) with co star Iris Berben who played the straight girl to Ingrid´s crazy girl. Anyway, it´s a funny series that has some famous german actors on it like Dieter Hildebrandt and if you watch it Today it´s hard to understand why it was only on tv after midnight. As coincidences would have it one of the many movies Ingrid Steeger starred in is Die Tote aus der Themse ( Angels of Terror was the english title ) a movie based on a story by Edgar Wallace who´s birthday is also Today. And to top things off Uschi Glas is also in it.



From the master of black and white crime movies we come to another candidate in our Dearly Departed section who has spent a lot of time in black and white movies : the great late Toshiro Mifune. Whenever I hear that some people don´t watch black and white movies I just shake my head because they will miss such classic films like The Seven Samurais, Rashomon, Sanjuro or Yojimbo by Akira Kurosawa. Toshiro also starred in one of my father´s favorite movies Kagemusha - Shadow Warrior which he probably watched a dozen times and which I still have not seen from start to finish. But my favorite series with Toshiro Mifune was always Shogun.



And of course Yojimbo had a big hand in creating one of my favorite comic series by Stan Sakai about a certain anthropomorphic long - eared ronin.



Our last birthday shoutout goes to one of the most important figures in british television, Sydney Newman who initiated such cult tv shows like The Avengers and Doctor Who. Since I have no video for The Avengers here is the best known incarnation of the time - traveling timelord.

As expected the new course I have to take for the jobcenter has thrown a monkey wrench into my posting schedule but despite having almost no sleep over the last three days I still wanted to do a special post for the 54th birthday of one of my favorite artists, the legend Arthur Adams.

That´s because in Germany they titled seasons 10 and 11 of the regular show BAYWATCH HAWAII which exists nowhere else. Only in Germany there is a BAYWATCH HAWAII. I don´t know if they felt the need to give it an extra push because they exchanged the whole cast and relocated to Hawaii or they thought the german viewers would be too confused in any case it was a weird thing.


BAYWATCH was really big in the 90s and it is like THE ultimate babe tv show. No kidding. No other show had more actresses who were featured in Playboy or playmates. If there was a hot babe during the time the show was produced you can bet that she´s in - at least - one of the episodes.


You can say what you about David Hasselhoff but he sure has an eye for hot sexbombs and he is my hero for putting them on tv. I should try to get some rest since I haven´t slept since Sunday but as it´s Gil Kane´s birthday I am waiting with it until the main part is on the blog.


Since this is a special occasion I decided to go with Gil Kane´s GIANT - SIZE covers but of course I have omitted a few since that would be an unusually long post and also because I didn´t like some of them. This is almost like the trifecta of erotic actresses but not quite as my top three erotic actresses are Nikki Fritz, Mia Zottoli and Shauna OBrien - in that particular order. Too bad nobody ever made a movie with all three.

We continue with Ingo Insterburg, one of the founding members of the german comedy quartett Insterburg & Co who has achieved the ripe age of 83 Today. To people of my generation you don´t have to explain who he is : besides being part of the german kabarett bedrock he has appeared in four movies and written several books. He is famous for playing countless instruments among them many strange ones he invented himself often made out of kitchen appliances like a saxophone he built out of a waste water tube. Sam burst on to the scene in her teens after her mother put her forward for a modelling contest and she came second out of 20,000 entrants.

Until that point Sam, who had been attending stage school and had a Saturday job at a supermarket, had her heart set on becoming a singer.

Whatcan I say, it was the 80s and I was a young lad in the prime of his hormonal virility and I was easily distracted ( or sexually aroused ).  
 

For those who didn´t live the 80s I should probably explain that at that time there were a lot of ultrahot sexbombs who tried - and most were mildly successful - to enter the charts through their physical attributes.

If you lived in the United Kingdom, Samantha naturally had more fans because of her nude pictures in THE SUN and various men´s magazines.


And if you lived in one of the countries that did not show the uncensored version of Sabrina Salerno´s video for her worldwide smash hit BOYS BOYS BOYS on tv like Germany Samantha Fox was the bigger star there.


If you lived in Italy, which was Sabrina Salerno´s home country she was of course the big star there since she won her first beauty contest with 15.


She was also pretty big in most countries that showed the uncensored version of BOYS BOYS BOYS like in Spain although I never saw it there.


Sabrina owes most of her career to that video and the tiny bikini top that couldn´t contain her massive ..... talents. It was quite simple : since the song had been released before without much success until the production company realized that they should make a video with such a sexbomb.



They decided to put Sabrina into a pool where she was singing and got  all wet wearing a very transparent white bikini. As the shooting went on it became obvious her voluptuous breasts were waaay too heavy for her  top. It kept sliding down lower and lower and showing part of her nipples  which already were very clearly visible through the thin white fabric so she had to pull it up numerous times before they completely fell out .


Sabrina managed to do that in a way that got you a good look at her milkshakes and the director was smart enough to leave it in the video ( he even included it in slow motion ) and the rest is as they say history.



They couldn´t completely ignore Sabrina in Germany because even though television only showed her cut video she somehow managed to become number 1, which I think had something to do with her hot pictures that appeared in youth magazines like BRAVO or even men´s magazines.


So they had to invite her to FORMEL EINS which was the music tv for german teenagers. The show was a total train wreck, they always cut the videos because the producer of the show was in Bavaria and they are very catholic and prudish down there. When Sabrina was there as a guest they didn´t play her video and told her she had to do a live performance. Which was obviously more than they bargained for because Sabrina began to shake rattle and roll her boobs up and down like there´s no Tomorrow.


Of course they were appalled but they could not do anything against it. The camera man tried to prevent the worst by doing a lot of close ups and just filming Sabrina´s head but as you can see it didn´t help that much.



On the british tv show TOP OF THE POPS something similar to what happened on Formel Eins occured : they wouldn´t play her music video because it was way to sexual - well, too bad for them because her sexy live performance was even hotter which in the end won over millions of fans and shot a whole generation of british boys into puberty prematurely.



But she really got famous through her New Year´s performance on spanish tv in 1988 where she sang her song HOT GIRL and her breasts got out of control and popped out of her top. In Germany they would have censored it but the spanish tv immediately put it on a loop and kept showing it in slow motion during her live performance. It is her best known clip ever.



In Germany Sabrina is always labeled a one hit wonder although she had over a dozen Top Twenty hits worldwide like BOYS ( SUMMERTIME LOVE ) , SEXY GIRL , HOT GIRL , ALL OF ME ,  ( version 2 / extended mix ), LIKE A YOYO , MY CHICO or YEAH YEAH ( version 2 ). In Italy, Spain, France and other countries she´s a big superstar, pop icon and sex symbol since she managed to turn her initial claim to fame into a career that lasted a few decades. Besides her music career she appeared in movies and tv.


Now there is not much about Samantha Fox in this post either and one reason for that is that the post is still too long even after I cut the part about Brigitte Nielsen ( which you can still find in the original post ).


I might have gone a bit overboard with all the videos and animated Gifs I added to this post but what is life if you can´t indulge yourself a bit now and then. The other reason there is not much about Samantha Fox in this post is that I think Sam never realized her potential like Sabrina did.


I always had the impression that she could do more but didn´t want to do it. I remember that some years ago, well, more than a few years because this is about a video cassette, I found a video of Samantha Fox which was kind of a MAKING OF one of her calendars. I expected to see some skin, not like hardcore but at least as much as you could see in the pics for the calendar but the video was more like something out of Sesame Street and every time there was some exposed skin Sam was frantically obsessed with covering up again as quickly as possible. Now maybe she was tired of always showing her body and being objectified but then she should have either not do the calendar in the first place or not try to sell a video that is tamer than an episode of the Muppet Babies. Just my 5 cents worth.


Although now that Samantha has come out as a supposed lesbian I might finally do a solo post on her. I am not sure if I really believe that she is a lesbian and not just bi - sexual but it would explain why Samantha never found the right man and why she picked over endowed studs that could come six or seven times in one night as boyfriends. She obviously had problems reaching an orgasm with a guy and in the end wore them out.

God gave me my body. I know it has made many people happy. There is no conflict there. I don't and have never promoted pornography. I am doing what God wants me to do.

Since we had two DC - centric posts I thought about putting the next chapter of Spider - Girl on the blog and have another WEBSLINGING WEDNESDAY but is there a better way to start off the month of March than to honor one of the most important pioneers of comic books ?


I know this sounds a bit like the usual hyperbole but keep in mind that William Gaines took a floundering comic book company and turned it into the most successful comic publisher that was kicking all the others butt.

His comics Tales From The Crypt, The Vault Of Horror and The Haunt Of Fear were without any competitors so that it took the combined forces of Frederic Wertham, the Senate Subcommittee on Juvenile Delinquency and the rest of the comic publishers to bring him down. Of course the loss of one is the gain of another and while William Gaines ceased publishing most of his horror titles for the less successful new trend titles he concentrated on a new magazine that would not be subject to the restrictions put on comic books that became a cult publication for a whole generation : MAD magazine. Anyway, if you haven´t guessed from the title of this blog I am a huge fan of the EC cult horror comics that were among the best comics ever published - back then and even now in the 21st century - so Today I have selected some material from those cult classics from Yesteryear.  


Because it was too difficult to choose a selection of art from all the EC comic stuff I have amassed over the last few months - and because I like to post original art - I have decided to go with complete stories which narrowed it down quite a bit. And since I also like to post the colored pages next to the original black and white pages there were not that many stories left. The first one I have picked for Today´s post is Southern Hospitality from THE VAULT OF HORROR 19 by EC stalwart Johnny Craig.


Our second story is Wined - Up from one of the less known EC series CRIME SUSPENSE STORIES 19, which is the reason I couldn´t find any of the colored pages. Nevertheless I wanted to include it in the post because it was drawn by one of my favorite EC artists, George Evans.


It´s fitting that with my 825th post we return to the roots of the blog which means that post number 900 is only 75 posts away. I don´t think I can meet that goal at this years blog anniversary in April but maybe it´s possible for my birthday. Who knows ? As always there are a few people to thank and the usual links of interest starting with the original art of Wally Wood´s cover for Shock SuspenStories 6 which I found on Dan Nadel´s review of IDW´s Wally Wood´s EC Stories : Artist´s Edition on THE COMICS JOURNAL . Speaking of finding things, while I did not find any color pages from Crime Suspense Stories 19 I found another story by George Evans The Assassin from Shock SuspenStories 17 on CREEPY COMICS and JACK`S ATTIC has a post on The Most Infamous Comic Book Cover of All Time which is Crime SuspenStories 22 with a few homage covers thrown in. 

We start Today´s rather long entertainment block with Sterling Gates, one of the writers on the Supergirl tv show who celebrates his 36th birthday.


The show has really picked up steam since it went over to the CW as they have fixed most of the things that were not so good on the first season.

One of the best changes was that they finally stopped ignoring Superman and brought him into the fold. Not only that, they managed to bring a version of Superman to the screen that is better than anything we will see in Zack Snyder´s upcoming Justice League movies ( we will come to Zack later as he also has an anniversary Today ). I have just watched the latest episode of Supergirl Yesterday - which had Helen Slater and Dean Cain in it - so what I want to know is if they will have Teri Hatcher in an episode. And what´s really on everybody´s mind : will they introduce a new version of Power Girl ? With all the parallel earths they have visited in the Arrow / Flash universe lately it could even be an asian Power Girl .... hint, hint.


Apropos magical cleavage windows, real life Power Girl Anna Semenovich turns 37 who also could easily fill out that role or star in any Russ Meyer movie with her bonerinducing 43E ( !!! ) bust. I don´t know what it is with former female athletes that makes them boob out that much after ending their career ( you may remember hungarian gymnasts Csisztu Zsuzsa and Stefany Hohnjec who turned into mega endowed brabusters ) but I guess that when they stop with the doping it gives the female hormones that have been suppressed so long a chance to come back with a vengeance and turn them into the ultimate Sexbomben. Now in the case of former figure skater Anna Semenovich I don´t want to say she was born for porn ( which totally could be the title of a reality tv casting show for porn stars in spe ) but nomen est omen and she has the word " semen " in her name.


We are staying with hot women as Erika Michelle Barre celebrates her 38th birthday. On her info sheet it says that she was PLAYBOY´s Cyber Girl of the Week in the third week of June 2001, Cyber Girl of the Month for October 2001 and Cyber Girl of the Year for 2002 and I´m not entirely sure what that means. What I do know is that around that time I was reading PLAYBOY magazines on a less regular basis so that I only remember the more exceptional playmates and Erika was in one of the issues I did read.


Speaking of things I used to do, Jensen Ackles is just one year older than Erika with 39 and he´s of course best known as Dean Winchester on Supernatural. I always watched the show with my brother but at some point he lost interest and we still have half a dozen episodes on the recording device in the living room nobody uses anymore. I don´t have the slightest idea at which season we were IF I wanted to continue and since all the episodes are heavily cut in Germany I haven´t bought any of the seasons on DVD even though they are in every amazon DVD sales.


Besides Supernatural Jensen also played Jason Teague on Smallville and was the voice of Jason Todd / Red Hood in the animated adaption of Under The Red Hood. Which for me was not that good of an adaption because it did not really translate Doug Mahnke´s style into animated form. I don´t know but am I the only one who sees these things ? When I hear how well they turned The Dark Knight Returns, Batman : Year One or The Killing Joke into cartoons I can only facepalm. I mean those cartoons look nothing like Frank Miller, David Mazuchelli or Brian Bolland´s artwork.

Or Superman / Batman : Public Enemies for instance did not look like Ed McGuiness art. He turns 43 Today. I´m not sure if the movie incorporated one of the most famous panels of Power Girl´s entire history from issue 4 of Superman / Batman ( it all comes back to Power Girl Today, mates ).
 

Speaking of Ed McGuniess version of Power Girl, there´s a review of the ... can I say toy or is it Power Girl action figure ? ... by Artemis on OAFE . You know, after I did the post for Grant Morrison´s birthday last month I naturally found the first issues of Justice League Classified and said to myself that I will post the first issue on Ed McGuiness´ birthday but now I don´t think I can do two posts on one day so I will have to post pone it.

What I can´t delay is mentioning Javier Bardem´s 48th birthday if I ever want to go back to Spain. I just saw him in the 89th Academy Awards Yesterday where he presented an Oscar together with Meryl Streep.


Which is one of the reasons why there has been no post since Friday ( the other reasons being such mundane things like eating, sleeping, putting the finishing touches on two posts and cleaning up all the material I needed for that ) as it was not easy finding the show. Now personally there is always something that bugs me about Jimmy Kimmel - even after I found out how the whole Matt Damon thing started - but I have to say, apart from the snafu at the end he did a good job. And speaking of the 2017 Oscars, is it just me or did Taraji P Henson have the best dress ?


Now I may be biased here but for me the best moments of the show involved Taraji P Henson - and free food. There have been a few jokes about this but we all know how it is at these shows, you don´t eat before it because you don´t want to have to go to the can so often since you can bet money on it that the moment you go to relieve yourself is the moment they call up your name. And especially women don´t eat before shows to fit into their dresses. So one can get pretty hungry during long shows and when there are snacks dropping from the ceiling you go for it.


So far I have not watched Empire because at the moment the first two season are still expensive but if it´s true that there are some nude scenes with Taraji ( which I doubt since it has a rating of apt for 12 year olds here in Germany ) I may have to look for a way to see it. Man, Taraji really has some lucky lips and it looks like her mouth is just the right size too. She can come over to my crib and play Swallow the Salami all weekend long.

So far we had the good DC adaption with the CW´s Supergirl, the bad with the animated versions which leaves us with the ugly meaning the works of Zack Snyder who celebrates his 51st birthday. It´s funny but before Batman vs Superman : Dawn of Justice came out people were up in arms because Ben Affleck was going to play Batman and they shoehorned a Wonder Woman cameo into the movie. Now they are upset because Ben will not be in the next DC movies which means total disaster will ensue because only his constant rewrites of the screenplay saved the movie and the best parts were the ones with Wonder Woman played by Gal Gadot. 


I am not sure what to think of this Zack Snyder guy. While I couldn´t care less for Sucker Punch I did like 300 and Watchmen as I seem to be one of the few ones who understands that you can´t cram an entire 12 issue mini series ( I´m not going to call it a graphic novel even if DC´s marketing branch insists on calling it the best sold graphic novel of all times ) into a two hour movie. Or it might have something to do with the fact that I am one of only a handful of comic fans on the planet who does prefer Mark Gruenwald´s Squadron Supreme series over Alan Moore´s Watchmen.


Apropos, I think Zack Snyder is still trying to do Watchmen because he does not know that the DC universe is not the Watchmen universe. I can see that Dawn of Justice is the logical consequence of the way Superman behaved in Man of Steel ( which was totally out of character and shows that Zack does not understand Superman and super heroes at all ) but there is too much happening in the movie. There are so many moving parts that I totally missed the death of Superman - which I think was supposed to be a major plot point. I kid you not, when they mentioned that Superman was dead at the beginning of Suicide Squad I was like " Whoa, WTF, when did that happen ? " Anyway, here is a little video to show Mr. Snyder that you can have super heroes behave in a heroic way. 



Picking Today´s music video was not easy because we have everything from Roger Daltrey to Harry Belafonte and Glenn Miller and you probably expected me to go with Nik Kershaw as an 80s kid. But in the end I choose Sarah Hickman who turns 54. I picked the song Blue Eyes Are Sensitive To The Light written by Martika of the Arachnophobia soundtrack because I think this was the first song I heard of her. Back then teenage Subzero was a frequent movie goer and I was interested in everything about the movies so when I heard this haunting song I had to look her up and the next time I was at the CD shop ( this was before you bought everything from amazon and the internet shops ) I bought her album Shortstop. Which did not have that song on it nor did the other songs sound anything like it. I still liked the music and played the CD nonstop for a few months.



Today we really cover a lot of movies and tv shows like with our next birthday candidate Dirk Benedict who celebrates his 72nd birthday and who always plays the aceman, the spaceman in Battle Star Galactica and the faceman in The A - Team. Where he basically plays himself since you can see Dirk on the set of Battlestar Galactica in the A - Team intro.


We start the Dearly Departed section with Sir David Niven whose movie credit list is much too long to mention so I just want to bring up that he starred in the best adaption of Jules Verne´s classic Around The World In 80 Days alongside mexican superstar Cantinflas as Passepartout. It seems the videos I bookmarked from various adaptions have been deleted but luckily I came across a version by Rankin Bass last week. I still am not sure why the style seems so familiar. Maybe it has something to do with MAD ?




Our last birthday shoutout goes to Roger Delgado born as Roger Ceasar Marius Bernard de Delgado Torres Castillo Roberto ( as someone who has experienced the difficulties german bureaucracy has with a guy that has four names I can understand why he felt the need to shorten his name ) who shaped Doctor Who´s classic best frenemy the Master. Together with Unit he was one of the mainstays of John Pertwee´s tenure of the earth bound timelord and they not only had great on - screen chemistry they also were best friends. When Roger died in an accident in Turkey John was so devastated that he decided it was time to wrap up his time as the Doctor since he could not imagine continuing the series without him.


There are a few videos with Roger Delgado from Doctor Who but I did not want to pick one that just has some music and opted for this trailer with a lot of scenes from the series to show what a charismatic villain Roger was.



Man, I thought I would never get to the end of this post. I would say you are really getting your money´s worth for this 825th post but you don´t have to pay anything and I most definitely don´t get any money out of this. Since this post is in honor of William Gaines I am not closing things out with one of the many documentaries about the Tales From The Crypt movies or tv series. Like I promised in the Sarah Louise Young solo post in my CASTING THE JUSTICE LEAGUE MOVIE series here is the re - post of her birthday post which will return each year. At least until I can do a proper post on page 3 girl Samantha Fox who shares the same birthday - what a dilemma. When I have finished a post on the british sexbomb I can re - post both posts alternating or one on the actual birthday and the other before or after it.


Sarah Louise Young was born on April 15th 1971 in Sidcup, in the London Borough of Bexley, Southeast London, and raised in Hampshire, southern England, with a younger brother. Her mother was a seamstress and her father a structural engineer which account for Sarah´s solid structures.


Sarah went to an ordinary school, an A - student with the ambition of becoming a dentist. She was very shy and withdrawn and was scared of cameras that being the main reason why she would never let anyone take pictures of her when she was younger. Sarah was 10 when her breasts began to develop and, at school, was at first teased mercilessly about it.

This caused her to become embarrassed about her body and she took to wearing big sweaters and loose clothing to hide her rapidly developing sexdoll figure. At the age of 11 she was mentally way ahead of her class and her breasts began to draw the unwanted attention of male students.

By the age of 15 Sarah had, by her own admission, after a succession of boyfriends and one - night stands, become the school nymphomaniac. You know, men often use the term nympho but when a girl admits it it´s not a little, she´s a full on sexually - assaults - men - in - public sex nympho.


In January 1986 she met a man at a bus stop who suggested going to a photo studio to take some trial pictures for the famous page 3 of the Sun.

She was surprised because she found herself very unattractive. But Sarah thought that although this would never work, as the camera would only enhance her ugliness, it would be the ideal opportunity to overcome her dislike of cameras. After a talk with her mother to obtain her permission, the photo shoot took place in February 1986. The positive response to the pictures was enormous and from there on her work took off and she was invited to join a modeling agency, and for the first time Sarah began to realize that most men considered her to be beautiful. She admits that she is very shy, but when she's in front of a camera that disappears and she becomes a completely different person loosing all her inhibitions.


Reaching the age of 18 Sarah faced the next challenge. A friend phoned her and told her about a photo shoot taking place for PRIVATE magazine in the Costa de Sol. Sarah was in two minds whether to go because on the one hand the reports in England were all very negative about the porn industry, but on the other the friend was one of the best men's magazine models at the time and she could only tell of how well she was treated.


Sarah is very inquisitive by nature and could not resist to go and she soon came to the conclusion that all of the negative reports and comments about porn had no truth in them at all. She decided to pose for more photos with famous photographer Claus Alvin Vogel from Hamburg. Even at this stage, nobody in narrowminded England thought Sarah Louise Young would become the most accepted export in the erotic business.


In March 1989 her agent visited hardcore tycoon Hans Moser alias Sascha Alexander in Hanover at VTO. Hans had been married to Teresa Orlowski since 1982, whom he had made more famously known as ' Foxy Lady '.


Sarah's agent came to Hans Moser to make some bookings for his models. When he showed Hans the pictures of his girls he replied that there was nothing of his interest except this girl he said, " What's her name ? "

" Sarah Louise Young. " Hans took another look at the picture and he booked the girl for the next VTO production. Hans had immediately spotted the possibilities of this girl just as he had done in 1981 when he had plucked the photo's of Teresa Orlowski from another agent. For four years he had been looking for another ' Foxy Lady ', and had seen hundreds of pictures of girls until he discovered Sarah Louise Young.


However a few days later the production assistant Claudia informed Hans Moser that the appointment with Sarah had been cancelled due to illness.

Hans was very disappointed, finally he had discovered the new ' Foxy Lady ' and the appointment was called off. By this time Hans´ relationship with Teresa was going down hill rapidly and at the end of August 1989 Teresa took both his business and money from him. For 3 weeks Hans wanted to destroy everything around him, however luckily his brother Siegfried was there to stop him. But then Hans recalled Sarah and phoned her agent in London telling him that Sarah had to come to Germany so as he could make her into Europe's latest porn star. However Sarah's agent declined, as he wrongly believed that Sarah would not want to leave England.


Hans was devastated. However all was not lost. Two weeks later Sarah's agent called Hans in Hanover and told him that he had met Sarah at a photo shoot, "Imagine, I told Sarah about you and how I refused your offer and do you know what she said?""Are you crazy, of course I'll go."

At the time Sarah had never even heard of Hans Moser, but Bill was quick to tell her of his reputation and showed her a couple of Hans' magazine's. Sarah was very impressed with the style and quality, but at the time she was becoming very tired of modeling, as she felt she was becoming brain dead for lack of its use and she needed more of a challenge. Her agent was reluctant to let Sarah go because she had just turned 18, meaning there would be a lot of new markets open to her with age restrictions such as America, France and Asia. So Sarah asked that if she took the job would she have the opportunity to work behind the cameras as well and Hans' reply was " Of course I'll expect you to ! " And so in September 1989 Sarah flew to Germany and met Hans Moser, one of the most influential Porn producers in Europe, who at the time was at his lowest ebb going through the most difficult, bitter and trying divorce with Teresa Orlowski.


However Hans was quick to notice that Sarah no longer looked exactly the same as she had lost a lot of weight after her illness, which had resulted in a fair reduction of her breasts. So Sarah was quickly rushed to surgery for a cosmetic correction to enhance her breasts to their natural size and beauty. The result was overwhelming. Her wonderful figure, the magical glow in here eyes and her natural charms were able to melt every man's heart and to burn every fuse just by seeing her. A new star was born.


After recognizing Sarah's talents Hans decided once again to make her a star in both the business and in his life and on January the 13th 1991 Las Vegas was once again the venue where Hans Moser celebrated his third marriage. The world of pornographic productions were laying at her feet.


She co - stared with the best known actors of the scene, won many important prizes for her outstanding performances and was highly honored with a cultural prize in Spain, for her last big film ' Hamlet '.

Meanwhile her beauty can be seen on over 150 video covers.


Executive producer, writer, director, yes, Sarah achieved everything in the business, but as time passed by she felt more attached to the comfort of her home and her dreams of a family. She wore comfortable clothes, read many books, many of them cooking books and indulged her guests with her cooking talent. Exactly these qualities allowed Sarah to be so creative and always discover new things. As very creative in graphics, she used her fantasy symbolically and proved to be commercially competent.

But the business was changing. Price wars began to make big budget productions practically impossible and the market became flooded with low budget and private productions. And the opening of the eastern block made the whole situation even worse. Actresses / actors from the east swamped the market for lower fees and the situation became intolerable for Sarah who being far too sensitive for the business could not stand to work with people who hated the work but only done it for the money and who had absolutely no respect or compassion for either themselves, each other or the business. This all lead Sarah to decide it was time to quit performing in front of the camera and so she began working on a new future, without her husband Hans Moser, from who she is now divorced.


Yep, she was a big star over here in Germany when I was old enough to rent porn videos. That shows you what an old geezer ( and old pervert ) I am. Also, she was the first one who made porn videos for a price that horny teenagers like me could afford. I mean, new tapes. Because back in those days you could buy used porn videos at the video store but those were watched hundreds of times and only seconds away from combustion.


Not only was Sarah Louise Young the first porn actress to agree a fee of $1,000,000 for a single film, in 1992 she also opened her first sex shop in Hanover, named Sarah Young Erotic Markt, and there would eventually be eleven such shops located in various German cities. I think there might have been one in Stuttgart but with all the movies she starred in and the ones she produced Sarah Young was very present in german video stores and sex shops around the time I was old enough to watch her movies. By the time she lived in Spain she also had one of the first adult magazines that were sold together with a videotape. Which in Spain were sold at newsstands next to comics or newspapers. Yes, some countries do not hide their porn under the table like it´s something to be ashamed of.

Even if Sarah is from England she got the greek look down to pat with the curly hair and even the nose. I know because when I was in middle school there was a greek girl I liked in our class who had a well developed body for her age. And we had a very busty form mistress I had the hots for.


Back to Sarah Louise Young there were rumors she planned on becoming a lawyer but nothing was confirmed. She made a lot of her movies in Spain because they were so hot she had to shoot them outside of England.

Sarah Louise Young is one of my all time favorite pornstars and with all the porn movies she made that were adaptions of famous stories like HAMLET, DECAMERON and NIKITA it´s kind of strange that she never did a porn version of Wonder Woman when she looks like her spitting image.

So this was this year´s Sarah Louise Young birthday post and I initially started this because I wanted to write down some of the stuff about Samantha Fox that has been going through my head since the last time I mentioned her in this year´s Sabrina Salerno post but now doing this updated version has taken me too long. I really tried to do a solo post for Samantha Fox this year but on top of all the troubles blogger has cut off some of the pictures I uploaded so if I want to finish the post I have to start from scratch. Ah, the things I would have done to Sam if I got my hands on her when I was at my prime. It would have been sooo epic !

The movie is called Frenchie King in America, Petroleum Miezen ( petrol kittens ) in Germany, has a whole litany of titles and was a italian - french - spanish - british co - production. The leads are Claudia Cardinale and Brigitte Bardot and the western comedy tried to ride Viva Maria !´s success in which Brigitte Bardot had been paired with Jeanne Moreau.

AtDC he drew the original I Vampire serial and a lot of their Star Trek comics, at First Comics he drew Grimjack and he has done a ton of work for Charlton Comics. If you have read this post before you might wonder where all the stuff about Tom Sutton disappeared to but have no fear, I have decided to give him his own post. He certainly deserves it.

We close out the post with a final birthday shoutout to renaissance man, painter, inventor etc. Leonardo Da Vinci one of the few geniuses in history who really knew everything there was to learn at this point in time. Since then the amount of available knowledge has exploded so nobody has duplicated the feat so far. Today he is mostly known for the unproven conspiracy theories surrounding his person but instead of one of the countless documentaries about him I chose and episode of The Tick cartoon. Here at least we know it´s an entirely imaginary tale - or is it ?

Today the world´s most famous page 3 model, the singing pop centerfold of the 80s Samantha " Touch Me " Fox celebrates her 51st birthday so it is about time I paid homage to this sexual icon from my misspent youth.


Speaking about famous sex icons of the 80s Today is also the 46th birthday of porn superstar Sarah Louise Young who got her own solo post years ago but now I can hopefully alternate between her and Samantha Fox - or just write about something completely different and just link to these post. 


Sam burst on to the scene in her teens after her mother put her forward for a modelling contest and she came second out of 20,000 entrants.


Until that point Sam, who had been attending stage school and had a Saturday job at a supermarket, had her heart set on becoming a singer.


She feared she could never be a model because her boobs were too big.

The most successful member of this club was either sexbomb Sabrina Salerno or page 3 girl Samantha Fox depending on where you lived.


If you lived in the United Kingdom, Samantha naturally had more fans because of her nude pictures in THE SUN and various men´s magazines.


And if you lived in one of the countries that did not show the uncensored version of Sabrina Salerno´s video for her worldwide smash hit BOYS BOYS BOYS on tv like Germany Samantha Fox was the bigger star there.


If you lived in Italy, which was Sabrina Salerno´s home country she was of course the big star there since she won her first beauty contest with 15.


She was also pretty big in most countries that showed the uncensored version of BOYS BOYS BOYS like in Spain although I never saw it there.

Sabrina owes most of her career to that video and the tiny bikini top that couldn´t contain her massive ..... talents. It was quite simple : since the song had been released before without much success until the production company realized that they should make a video with such a sexbomb.



They decided to put Sabrina into a pool where she was singing and got all wet wearing a very transparent white bikini. As the shooting went on it became obvious her voluptuous breasts were waaay too heavy for her top.


It kept sliding down lower and lower and showing part of her nipples which already were very clearly visible through the thin white fabric so she had to pull it up numerous times before they completely fell out .


Sabrina managed to do that in a way that got you a good look at her milkshakes and the director was smart enough to leave it in the video ( he even included it in slow motion ) and the rest is as they say history.



They couldn´t completely ignore Sabrina in Germany because even though television only showed her cut video she somehow managed to become number 1, which I think had something to do with her hot pictures that appeared in youth magazines like BRAVO or even men´s magazines.


So they had to invite her to FORMEL EINS which was the music tv for german teenagers. The show was a total train wreck, they always cut the videos because the producer of the show was in Bavaria and they are very catholic and prudish down there. When Sabrina was there as a guest they didn´t play her video and told her she had to do a live performance. Which was obviously more than they bargained for because Sabrina began to shake rattle and roll her boobs up and down like there´s no Tomorrow.


Of course they were appalled but they could not do anything against it. The camera man tried to prevent the worst by doing a lot of close ups and just filming Sabrina´s head but as you can see it didn´t help that much.



On the british tv show TOP OF THE POPS something similar to what happened on Formel Eins occured : they wouldn´t play her music video because it was way to sexual - well, too bad for them because her sexy live performance was even hotter which in the end won over millions of fans and shot a whole generation of british boys into puberty prematurely.



But she really got famous through her New Year´s performance on spanish tv in 1988 where she sang her song HOT GIRL and her breasts got out of control and popped out of her top. In Germany they would have censored it but the spanish tv immediately put it on a loop and kept showing it in slow motion during her live performance. It is her best known clip ever.



In Germany Sabrina is always labeled a one hit wonder although she had over a dozen Top Twenty hits worldwide like BOYS ( SUMMERTIME LOVE ) , SEXY GIRL , HOT GIRL , ALL OF ME ,  ( version 2 / extended mix ), LIKE A YOYO , MY CHICO or YEAH YEAH ( version 2 ). In Italy, Spain, France and other countries she´s a big superstar, pop icon and sex symbol since she managed to turn her initial claim to fame into a career that lasted a few decades. Besides her music career she appeared in movies and on tv.


Now so far I haven´t done a solo post on Samantha Fox and one reason for that is that I think Sam never realized her potential like Sabrina did.


I always had the impression that she could do more but didn´t want to do it. I remember that some years ago, well, more than a few years because this is about a video cassette, I found a video of Samantha Fox which was kind of a MAKING OF one of her calendars. I expected to see some skin, not like hardcore but at least as much as you could see in the pics for the calendar but the video was more like something out of Sesame Street and every time there was some exposed skin Sam was frantically obsessed with covering up again as quickly as possible. Now maybe she was tired of always showing her body and being objectified but then she should have either not do the calendar in the first place or not try to sell a video that is tamer than an episode of the Muppet Babies. Just my 5 cents worth.


Although now that Samantha has come out as a supposed lesbian that might explain a few things. I am not sure if I really believe that she is a lesbian and not just bi - sexual but it would explain why Samantha never found the right man and why she picked over endowed studs that could come six or seven times in one night as boyfriends. She obviously had problems reaching an orgasm with a guy and in the end wore them out.


Of course that last part was highly published by the yellow press to further her image as an insatiable, nymphomanic sex freak since her entire career, from the moment she was legal ( actually even earlier ), has been founded on indulging male fantasies ( fantasies that nowadays, in the context of freely available internet images, seem curiously innocent, almost prim ).


And here we have to take a break because as always things have gotten a bit out of hand where the length of the post is concerned and in order to keep this post at a workable size we will continue this topic with the second part . Which will go up as soon as I have written - at least - two more comic related posts so this is not the first thing people see when they come to the blog. I know some people have problems with that.

God gave me my body. I know it has made many people happy. There is no conflict there. I don't and have never promoted pornography. I am doing what God wants me to do.

I know that posting has become rather sporadic - at best - lately but since I have already prepared everything for the big GREEN LANTERN / GREEN ARROW / FLASH crossover THREE OF A KIND here is the second part.


Going over this month´s posts you might wonder why there are so few posts and then three posts on the same day : the Sarah Louise Young birthday re - post, the first part of the brand new Samantha Fox birthday post ( which appears and disappears ) AND the Tom Sutton birthday post.


And then no posts again until Today. Well, if you have read the last few posts you know that I am currently doing a course for the jobcenter which takes up most of my time and energy. I had already done the new version of the Sarah Louise Young cult siren post in advance and as always I did the bonus round on the fly. And since I did not have that much material on Tom Sutton I had to go look for stuff on the internet. Which worked out better than expected and in the end I had to create a new folder for all the Tom Sutton artwork. So the Sarah Louise Young post was finished and went online as planned but I also realized that I had some free time that day and since I thought it would be a terrible waste to just keep all that gorgeous looking Tom Sutton art in a folder on my laptop I decided to do a second post for that day. Especially since Tom Sutton is really an unjustly underrated artist. Okay, so now we had two posts in the bag but the fact that I never got to do a Samantha Fox cult siren solo post began to weigh on me especially because I had always planned to do one so I wouldn´t have to re - post Sarah Louise Youngevery year. I mean after a certain amount of re - posts there is nothing new to add and I like to spice things up on the blog so it would be nice to have the possibility to alternate between Samantha Fox one year and Sarah Louise Young the next year.


Maybe even throw some Tom Sutton into the mix now and then and just put up links for Sarah Louise Young and Samantha Fox. Longtime readers know that once I get an idea in my head - even if it´s not a particularly brilliant one - I can´t concentrate on anything else until I have done it. So I made a post for Samantha Fox but for some reason blogger cut off some of the pictures. I couldn´t figure out the reason behind that no matter how hard I tried so the post went back into the draft folder. Then I had some free time and I started the post again from scratch and kept working on it off and on for a few days. But when I had finished the first version it was too long so I had to cut it into two parts. Now as I said I like to switch things up on the blog which means that I don´t like to do two posts of the same kind back to back. No matter if it´s two Marvel posts, two DC posts or two cult siren posts I always try to put something different on the blog with each post. So now that I am finally doing another quasi FLASH FRIDAY post the first part of the Samantha Fox birthday post is finally going online officially ( without the link to the second post which I can´t include until that post is finished ) but since I need the in - between posts part two will not go online until I have finished the next comic book related post.


But that´s already enough behind - the - scenes stuff for Today since you are probably going cross - eyed at this point and we continue our story in progress which started in GREEN LANTERN issue 96 and since I posted that way back at the end of March you might want to go back to that before reading on. Or if you haven´t read it yet you definitely need to go back. 


As I´ve already said I have been so busy this month that things got a bit overwhelming which is the only excuse that so far I completely brainfarted that cosplay queen Yaya Han celebrated her 35th birthday on the 10th of this month. You might think somebody who is so obviously obsessed with her would have that date more on the forefront of his thoughts but no.


I still haven´t managed to make much headway on finishing up MY BIG YAYA HAN POST and so I tried to do a post last year - which naturally turned out completely NSFW - to at least get that out of my system but this year I´m just too swamped with stuff. Maybe I can do another cosplay update post in the meantime because there are a few new costumes that are just too good not to feature like her Eliza ( which according to her website is from Tekken Revolution. God, I used to know things like this but I´m just too out of gaming ). Not only does it have a great cleavage ( no wonder with Yaya´s impressive 40D guns ) but it also let´s Yaya show off her sexy legs.


There´s also the matter of the covers of certain comic books or magazines I would love to see Yaya Han re - enact or at least see her wear the skimpy costumes on them in her next hot cosplay. About which I´m of two minds.


On one side it´s another of these things that I keep thinking about in the back of my head and which is driving me crazy. On the other I know that IF I really start this there will be no way to contain it to just one post so it´s likely to spin even more out of control than my Casting the Justice League of America movie series did. And it goes without saying this series would probably be even more NSFW which would be another reason not to do it.


Of course I´ve already thought about how to best group the covers I´ve selected so far and there is one all about Yaya doing male characters. Now I know that Yaya has said in some interviews that she doesn´t dress up as female versions of male characters but that is not completely true since I know that she DID dress up as the tenth Doctor. Anyway, while I know that it is probably for the best if I don´t do the cover posts there are some outfits I totally think Yaya should do. Well, I can still dream, can´t I ?


And speaking about costumes, since I can´t put all of Yaya´s cosplays of the last year in this post here is a video showcasing all of her great work.


Man, her craftsmanship ( Or is that now craftswomanship ? I´m never sure what the politically correct phrase is nowadays. ) is impeccable as always.

Lately I have skipped quite a number of birthdays - comicwise and where celebrities are concerned - so instead of trying to catch up on that front I have decided to do a post about something I am currently reading. Again.


Yep, I´m talking about Marvel´s merry mutant melangerie and especially John Romita Jr´s stint on the book during it´s heyday in the 80s which - as longtime readers of this blog know - is one of my favorite periods of the book second only to Marc Silvestri´s glorious run on UNCANNY X - MEN.


This is not the first time I have read these issues and I really am not sure why we keep coming back to the same stories again and again. Today somebody asked me why I spend so much money on what is supposed to be a disposable past time - at least that was the original concept behind it. Comic books were created as cheap entertainment to be enjoyed and then discarded. Which is how the general populace still sees it which may be one of the reasons why it still does not have the place in culture and society it clearly deserves. And it has only been through comic readers, collectors and creators that comics have evolved into more expensive, more complex and more artful entertainment over the last few decades.


Because no matter what the initial intention for comic books was there are some stories that resonate with us. May it be because of a certain point in time we are at when we encounter them for the first time or things we only discover at the second or third reading, they represent our first foray into seriously collecting comics some stories have a lasting impact while others are just quick entertainment meant to occupy our minds during that short time we take the subway to commute to work.


As with all things that go back a few decades I am not entirely sure about the exact timeline here but I guess I must have read the first issues of John Romita Jr´s UNCANNY X - MEN in the spanish translations by Planeta DeAgostini FORUM imprint in the 80s. I had just finished with getting my entrance application to the university of applied sciences when I got my hands on the spanish version of UNCANNY X - MEN 196, which was not only my first encounter with this incarnation of the X - Men but also with SECRET WARS II which is still one of my favorite companywide crossovers.


Since I have already waxed philosophic about that particular issue, Chris Claremont´s brilliant writing and my love for SECRET WARS II in particular in this post I won´t go into more detail. Boy, when I wrote in 2013 that SECRET WARS II would be a topic I would return to I really wasn´t kidding.


Speaking about returning, let´s go back to all the times I bought John Romita Jr´s issues of UNCANNY X - MEN, the next must have been another translation, this time the german version in the dreaded pocket books by Condor. Because of the big success of DIE GRUPPE X they started an edition of album sized Hefte but they mostly covered the second Dave Cockrum and the Paul smith era in those so except for two issues you found most of the John Romita Jr UNCANNY X - MEN issues in those pocket books. I always wondered how americans would react if they got their hands on those as the german article " die " - which only means " they "-  would clearly be read as the english word for ceasing existence.


So far, all of the issues I read were translations - which in the case of the german pocket books were very abbreviated versions that omitted ninety percent of the original text - so that when I finally got the chance to read these issues in the original version for the first time through the CLASSIC X - MEN reprints I didn´t think twice. You have to remember that this was before the now obligatory reprint policy was put into place and back then all X - MEN stories we had in trade paperback was The Dark Phoenix Saga and Days of Future Pasts and the last one was not the thick trade they sell you nowadays but two flaming issues UNCANNY X - MEN 141 and 142.


Now you might think that it would stop there since I finally got to read the issues in the original version but far from it. As I have mentioned once or twice I have dabbled in art myself and as somebody whose knack has always lain more towards the inking side than penciling I was always very interested in seeing inked pages by the pros. Which was not that easy before the days of the internet where you can easily find hundreds upon hundreds of original art pages without even trying ( although it is easier to find something by accident than a certain page you are specifically looking for ) so the closest thing we got to that was in the form of the spanish BIBLIOTECA MARVEL pocket books or the ESSENTIAL phone books.


So with that we are already at five different versions of SOME of these issues - not all of them mind you - but there are still a few I haven´t mentioned. I also have some in the english pocket books by PANINI UK because the art still looks good even in the small format and unlike the german pocket books they have the full text. I already mentioned that some of the issues are SECRET WARS II crossover issues so they are in the SECRET WARS II omnibus which is so far the highlight of my collection - at least until the SHANG CHI : MASTER OF KUNG FU volume 3 omnibus is at an affordable price at amazon. Right now they sell it for 132 bucks which is 7 Euros more than you pay at a comic book store. Those guys are all crazy.


Speaking about crazy, when the Epic Collection X - Men : The Gift was offered through amazon for less than 20 Euros - and we´re talking about a 35 Dollar trade here - I went and bought it again. Because not only does it have the issues in a much higher printing quality than the CLASSIC X - MEN issues it´s also easier to read them in one sitting and I don´t have to go through my longboxes. Granted, there is also the X - MEN AND ALPHA FLIGHT mini series included which I already have in various versions but it also contains the four issue NIGHTCRAWLER mini series by Dave Cockrum based on the popular Kitty´s Fairy Tale issue I haven´t read before. And one of the first stories has part of the Marvel universe flung back to the hyperborian age and you can´t beat a team up of the Avengers and the X - Men especially in a Conan version. Plus, Storm has a really nice outfit. 


In closing I have no real wisdom to impart on you besides that maybe my fascination with these issues has to do with the fact that this was Chris Claremont at the height of his abilities which was one of the reasons the UNCANNY X - MEN became Marvel´s most popular book in the 80s. He wrote all the members as three dimensional interesting characters and especially had a lot of strong female heroes which was not very common back then. Plus his writing was edgy and very much in the Zeitgeist of that time and while some of it may feel dated Today most of it still holds up. And I don´t have to mention that these were the classic versions of the mutants where Wolverine was still an intriguing character shrouded in mystery instead of the unrecognizable versions we got Today thanks to the complete lack of editorial supervision by Disney. I swear, in one of the hardcovers I recently bought the first page of the credits were all editors and I had to laugh really hard because reading the comic you know that none of them did their job, they just came to collect their paycheck.

Anyway, this post is not about bemoaning the sorry state Marvel comics are in right now but rather to showcase it´s glory days and especially John Romita Jr´s UNCANNY X - MEN run. So here are a few more examples of his rising star which would only go on the even greater heights from here.

Our first birthday is spanish actor Hugo Silva. The 40 year old actor was the big draw for women on the show Los Hombres De Paco, a show my mother never let me watch because she found it too chaotic. It´s one of the shows I hope the americans never re - make because they would surely ruin the tone of the show which is a cross between The Simpsons and The Shield. But that show is in the past and in the present Hugo is best known as 1980s cop Pachino on cult show El Ministerio Del Tiempo.


Another movie heartthrob is Bruce Penhall who looks back on 60 years and getting his sweaty paws all over megabodacious übersexbomb Roberta Vasquez´ well endowed unmentionables in a few Andy Sidaris movies.


He also got it on with playmate Suzi Simpson in Enemy Gold and real life Power Girl Julie K. Smith used her body to subdue him in a jacuzzi in The Dallas Connection. I have done various posts on Roberta Vasquez, Dona Speir and Andy Sidaris so if you want to read more just use the tags.


Meg Foster celebrates her 69th year and she was in a plethora of tv series from Bonanza, The Six Million Dollar Man, The Streets of San Francisco, Hawaii Five - O, Cagney & Lacey, The Cosby Show, Miami Vice to The Twilight Zone and appeared in such cult movies like They Live ! and Masters Of The Universe with Dolph Lundgren where she was Evil Lynn.


What many people don´t know is that Gary Goddard, the director of that movie was a big Jack Kirby fan especially of his NEW GODS. So when he got the chance to make a big sci fi movie instead of making a Masters Of The Universe movie he made a movie that took a lot of material from NEW GODS and made a cineastic tribute to the King. He even tried to get the studio to hire Jack Kirby as set designer. I guess that would have been the only thing that could have saved the movie. So now you know why they are not on Eternia for most of the movie and why they all act like in a Jack Kirby comic. By the way, Meg Foster did not wear any special lenses in the movie, that´s how her eyes look naturally. Although she DID say that her costume was really uncomfortable and restraining all of her movements.


Meg Foster also starred in such erotic masterworks like Lady in Waiting with Shannon Whirry and Greg Hyppolite´s Undercover Heat with über bodacious Athena Massey as sex starved undercover cop Cindy Hannen.


Even if the story is nothing new - a female cop has to go undercover as a callgirl to find a serial killer - Undercover Heat is one of the best erotic movies I have seen because it has the perfect blend of crime, suspense, erotic and humor that few directors of this genre achieve. It also has a nice pacing of five minutes of story development followed by five minutes of erotic scenes and so on. But the biggest reason why this movie is so entertaining is the stunning Athena Massey and her spectacular body.

Composer Jay Ferguson turns 70 Today and he has contributed to movies like Best Seller, Johnny Be Good, Gleaming The Cube, Double Dragon and A Nightmare On Elm Street 5 : The Dream Child as well as composing the themes for shows like Melrose Place, Going To Extremes, Tales From The Crypt, Viper and NCIS Los Angeles. Back in the day a lot of the cassettes I listened to on my walkman ( ask your Dad what that is ) were soundtracks because I really like symphonic music. So one day when my brother took the dog for a walk he borrowed my walkman and it was already a few hours after midnight. When he came back he told me that he had not checked what was in the walkman and which kind of sick s - word I listen to. As it turns out the soundtrack for Nightmare On Elm Street 5 was in the walkman and suffice it to say he never took it without checking first. 


Normally I don´t mention producers in the birthday roll call but Today would have been the anniversary of David O. Selznik who produced such classics like The Third Man and Gone With The Wind amongst others. He also produced Duel In The Sun in which cult siren Jennifer Jones plays half breed Pearl Chavez who wants to be a good girl but her spectacular body turns her into the object of sexual obsession of two rivaling brothers.


The two brothers who try to use and abuse poor Pearl are played by Joseph Cotten and Gregory Peck who plays the bad guy in the story. I already posted the movie one year ago so you can go there to watch it.

Today is also the anniversary of the birth of Fritz Austerlitz better known as Fred Astaire who starred in all the musicals I saw as a child. He always made dancing look easy even though he practiced his steps for hours.

As I have so often said, one post leads to another and while I couldn´t post all of the covers I selected for Gardner Fox´s birthday last year this also means that there are more than enough left to do another post in homage to one of the greatest writers in the history of comics this year.


I was a bit worried that I could not do this post but thanks to being bed ridden for most of the week ( health issues with my knees again ) and after binge watching the first season of the BBC´s The Three Musketeers I have the time to write a bit. Now while I did have enough covers from my research last year I always go the extra mile so I looked for a few more covers. I mean, the guy wrote more than 4,000 stories of which 1,500 were for DC alone. Which makes it kind of difficult to choose but on the other side if I manage to do all the covers I have so far there is still the possibility of doing posts just for some of the series he wrote like ATOM, THE FLASH, HAWKMAN or GREEN LANTERN. Anyway, I´ll try my best to do a second post but if you haven´t read last year´s Gardner Fox posts there is one about his superhero DC comics and his science fiction comic work .

We start Today´s celebrity birthday roll call with german comedian Kaya Yanar who turns 44. He is best known for his tv show Was guckst du ? ( What are you looking at / what are you watching ? ) that toys with well - known cultural stereotypes. He also was one of the hosts of Stars bei der Arbeit ( Stars at Work ) which despite the title did not show stars at work - which would be showing them at what they do every day - but instead had them trying a job they hadn´t done before. One of their most famous episodes with the highest rating was with 34D MILF Busenwunder Verona Pooth for obvious reasons. Verona is such an incredibly hot sexbomb this guy´s glasses were actually all fogged up when she took off her jacket ! 


I have mentioned her in one or two posts but I haven´t done a real post on her despite the fact that her birthday was just at the end of last month. Maybe I can rectify that soon. Anyway, I did get the DVD of the first season of Stars at Work and it´s totally worth it for this episode. 


Busta Rhymes also celebrates his birthday Today, he is now 45 years old. He always did his own thing without much care for fads or trends and worked with such hot women like Mariah Carey ( the video I Know What You Want is inspired by Frank Miller´s SIN CITY look ) or Janet Jackson. Man, at the time it came out this was the hottest Janet had ever been.


Of course Janet had even more incredible guest starring roles later on like in Jermaine Dupri´s Gotta Getcha where she plays a busty stripper dressed up as a school girl / teacher which was too steamy for german music tv.


Now that´s what I call casting at it´s best because Janet was just born for that role. Not only is she predestined to play a stripper since she has the best bod in showbiz she has some incredible stripper moves that make real striptease pros envious. Okay, I don´t know if the script said explicitly " busty stripper " but with her huge melons it´s the only kind of stripper Janet can believably portray. Anyway, the reason that I mention all this is that Janet Jackson celebrated her 51st birthday on Tuesday this week.


With all the health related problems and others I had lately I naturally missed it. I thought about doing a repost of her cult siren post from last year but since there is nothing important I could add just check that out.

Busta Rhymes is also an actor who appeared in Fast Lane which I watched mostly hoping to see Tiffani Amber Theissen who has the best natural breasts in Hollywood according to Howard Stern and has been scorching the tv screen for quite some time with her curvaceous hardbody and her big 37DD Beverly Hills to the delight of males worldwide in hot outfits.


I never was a big fan of the Beverly Hills, 90210 show but that quickly changed when I saw wet Tiffani Thiessen´s booming breasts in a bikini - which was a product of mother nature - and Tori Spelling´s growing boobs - which were a gift of Daddy and the best plastic surgery could buy. There was a special episode that got my attention in which Tori Spelling was dancing in a leather hooker outfit while shooting a rock music video.


If you can call her wild fertility inducing movements dancing. She really was just shaking her big boobs in the general direction of the camera. But that she did very effectively. I never was a big Tori Spelling fan but in that scene she really squeezed her breast into a tight leather top and just pushed them straight in your face. Now that´s what I call entertainment.


Those directors got it made, they just go " Okay guys, in the next four episodes Tiffani dresses up as a prostitute. And she has to do at least one striptease and two nude sex scenes in each episode. Which is really necessary for her character. Oh yeah, and send her to my trailer for .... extreme rehearsal. We have to go over the scene ... orally. Well, if you count the first Erik Larsen THORSDAY post I did which was all about the red bearded Thor from SAVAGE DRAGON as number 1 this is actually part 4 but we don´t want to overthink things too much here.


And speaking of the counterpart of Marvel´s blonde haired unbearded God of thunder from SAVAGE DRAGON some of my readers might be delighted to hear that while this is the last issue Erik Larsen did of Dan Jurgens´ SuperThor it is not the end of my THORSDAY WITH ERIK LARSEN series.

Now you might ask how come ? Well, to enlighten you, just the other day I was looking for something completely different - as usual - and came across the folder where I had put all the material from SAVAGE DRAGON that I might have needed to make the first Erik Larsen THORSDAY post. Well, as it turns out in that folder are two more complete issues of SAVAGE DRAGON where he squares of against the nordic deity so there are two more Erik Larsen THORSDAY posts coming up. Although the next post will probably be the already promised DEJA VUE post with all the homage covers for THE MIGHTY THOR 125. And there also may be a special edition of THORSDAY or two - you never know. Anyway, in this story Thor and the Warriors Three fight against The Wrecker and his Wrecking Crew.


By the way, even if I believe that what was told in Secret Wars 7 is what really happened between She - Hulk and the Wrecking Crew ( in the story She - Hulk wants to avenge the Wasp´s supposed death and takes on the whole Wrecking Crew until Titania blindsides her and they almost beat her to death with the help of Doctor Octopus and the Absorbing Man ) and not the version where Marvel white washed a gang rape how is it that there never was any kind of retaliation from She - Hulk against the sick Wrecking Crew ? In all the stories I can remember she only was furious at Titania, who all things considered, was one of the main factors why it happened but the Wrecking Crew were not exactly innocent bystanders.

So this is my 830th post according to the blog statistics which means that post number 850 is only 20 posts away and with the posts about Kianna Tom and Sabrina Salerno already written this means I have to do 18 posts and then I´m good. So there is still hope that I will manage to do that until the blog´s anniversary in April. As most of Today´s material has already been prepared long ago and I blew out all my Thor links there is not much to add but as I DID mention She Hulk I want to put up the link for SCANS DAILY because it has some pages from SENSATIONAL SHE - HULK 50 where Marvel had some great pages by different artists and then explained in the story why they did not get the job of new penciler on the book. What I find absolutely fascinating about cartoon shows is that just when you think you know most of the animated tv shows you come across something you have never heard of like Space Sentinels.

So, each day of shooting, I went through the ordeal of having wide strips of gauze tied across my chest to hide the natural shape of my breasts. It was uncomfortable and humiliating.

Of course I also check the previous cult siren posts to see which ones I already did and which ones I only thought I did but actually didn´t ( which happens more often then you think ), which ones I should have added to the blog already, which ones I will only mention because I do not have enough material to do a full blown post and where I want to make a re - post because a. ) it´s one of my favorites, b. ) I wasn´t satisfied with the last version I did and want to tweak it a bit or c. ) I have found some new material or there is new stuff I want to comment on which I fell has to be added to the old post. So I checked the Janet Jackson´s birthday posts I had done so far and after going through my files I decided that I would not do another re - post since there was really nothing new or important to add. If you have followed my blog you have seen that I mentioned her briefly in the last post and just put a link for Janet´s post from last year.

And with that I had everything covered. Or so I thought. Of course things didn´t turn out as planned. Because - as always - when I was putting all the material I had come across in the respective folders ( so I can find it again when I need it, a process that can take up a few days ) I found a lot of new animated GIFs of Janet Jackson´s Pleasure Principle music video. 


Now one of the reasons why I try to avoid doing re - posts ( which some readers might not believe because there is quite a number of them every year ) is that I always want to put something new on the blog. I don´t like it when they change things in comic books just to change things without having a good story or - what´s worse - if it doesn´t make any sense. It happens a lot in comics right now especially what used to be Marvel and while I started reading american comics during one of the periods with the most change at least they stayed true to the characters and we got a good story out of it. Some of the stories from that time - as well as some of the new heroes that were introduced - are still some of my favorites.


And speaking of favorites, this brings us right back to bootylicious Janet Jackson. In my opinion she got the best body in showbiz, especially her incredibly round derriere is a wonder to behold and could easily go head to head ( or butt to butt ) with the likes of Beyonce or Jennifer Lopez.


Sadly, Janet doesn´t seem to think so which has to do with the fact that she has had problems with her body image since an early age. They also called her cow, pig, horse or slaughter - hog. Now as one can imagine that didn´t really help Janet to like her booty so you don´t see her backside in most of her videos. There is a quick glance at her tight jeans from behind in the Black Cat video but one of the few where you can enjoy seeing her lower back in action is The Pleasure Principle.


And coming back to the question of putting something new on the blog most of my posts around Janet Jackson have centered around her boobs.


It has also been three years since I did my last BIG CULO DAY post and so I have decided to slap two butts with one stroke. So this post is kind of a late homage to all those - as QUEEN so eloquently said it - fat bottomed girls that make the rocking world go round but especially Janet Jackson.

As Janet recounted in an interview with TODAY :  Before production began, I was told two things : I was fat and needed to slim down, and because I was beginning to develop, I needed to bind my breasts. In both cases the message was devastating - my body was wrong. The message was also clear - to be successful, I had to change the way I looked.


I didn’t even know what it meant to “ bind my breasts. ” At first I was frightened. Were they talking about some kind of operation ? For a girl so young, this was confusing. Naturally, I kept the confusion to myself.

“ It means we need to tie down your breasts so you appear flat - chested, ” the wardrobe woman explained. Each day of shooting I went through the ordeal of having wide strips of gauze tied across my chest to hide the natural shape of my breasts. It was uncomfortable and humiliating.I did literally bang my head against the wall because I didn´t feel attractive .

So while all the guys tried to tap her ass Janet probably thought they were trying to punk her or play a cruel joke on her which must have led to a lot of frustration and blue balls. Coming back - no pun intended - to the few music videos where we got to see Janet´s bum it is just epic in the All Night ( Don´t Stop ) video. The video was ahead of its time for at least a decade and it just that Janet is just oozing sex appeal because she is at her sexiest despite being almost fully clothed except for her exposed mid section. I remember that I had to stay up after midnight to tape the uncensored version with the vcr because they had done a censored version after the superbowl incident which was shown through the day.


Now I must have seen the video a few hundred times but I´m still not sure what it says on Janet Jackson´s shirt. At first I thought the first word was " campus " so I started to see all kind of perverted messages from " campus sextoy "to " campus slut "and " campus sucki ". Let me tell you, I was so totally disappointed when I finally went through the video frame by frame and found out it is most likely " computers suck ". Although when I look at it now ... I´m still not sure. Can anybody out there verify the inscription ?


Speaking of her hit All Night ( Don´t Stop ) and keeping in mind that this post is celebrating Janet´s ASSets I have to mention her live performance on The Tonight Show back when Jay Leno was the host because she had one of her best wardrobe malfunctions EVER which exposed her butt.

During that performance Janet had some problems with keeping her pants on as it seems that she miscalculated the weight of the cable box thingie.

Janet was already wearing her jeans way low but the added weight of it plus the chains she put on were pulling her pants down showing lots of butt cleavage ! On top of that I can also have Beyonce ( as Vixen ) and Mariah Carey.

Speaking of casting calls for comic books there is another comic movie adaption for which Janet would be perfect, Kevin J. Taylor´s The Girl.

Today is Sal Velluto´s 61st birthday so I wanted to continue where we left off last year and shine an artistic spotlight on one of the best series he has worked on : Christopher Priest´s excellent run on BLACK PANTHER.


Okay, technically speaking I´m not writing this post on Sal Velluto´s actual birthday, in fact it´s almost one week later. But I was already working on it when I got distracted by Janet Jackson´s perfect bubblebutt and the usual stuff. So since I already prepared all the material for the post I am going to do it anyway because I do not want to wait another year.

Thanks to the course I´m currently doing I had to skip a lot of birthdays this month and posting in general has been done. If you look at the month of May in 2016 you will notice that I did more than four times as many posts as this month so far. So readers who have not been following this blog very long might want to go back to last year where you can find posts on Hergé , Sybil Danning , Carmine Infantino and Barry Windsor Smith .

Now you might ask, with all those comic book related birthdays why did I choose Sal Velluto ? That was actually pretty easy. There was nothing new I had to add to the Sybil Danning cult siren post, I didn´t want to do another Hergé post that was just covers, I had already used up all my best material of Barry Windsor Smith and I could not do a post on Carmine Infantino since most of the stuff was from DC books and as most readers already know I like to switch up things on the blog. So I could not do another all DC post after the Gardner Fox day. And last year I did just a quick overview of all the series Sal Velluto has worked on. Plus I will use any excuse to put more Black Panther by Christopher Priest on the blog.


Now I already did a lengthy post on Christopher Priest´s BLACK PANTHER run way back in 2012 and everything I did not mention in that post I covered last year. Plus, at this point I should not have to explain how glorious that book is to anyone. Thanks to his appearance in the Marvel cinematic universe everybody has jumped on the bandwagon and even Disney has released the complete Christopher Priest series in trade as well as an Epic Collection. Which is as it should be. I´m not one of those who wants the comics he reads to only reach a small in - group and any good story that deserves wider recognition and finally achieves that brings a smile to my face. Back to this post, while there is not much text in it I did not want to make another covers only post so I am including some of the interior pages. As is my prerogative as the guy who decides what gets posted I have of course selected pages that feature characters I love like Power Man and Iron Fist, Brother Vodoo, Dakota North or the Avengers.

He does not suspect what the horny teacher really has up her sleeve - or up her garter belt in Janet´s case.


When Captain Atom arrives at the classroom he´s very surprised as he seems to be the only pupil. Although now that I think of it she may be better suited to play Marty who is not a stripper. Doesn´t she own a record store or something ?


Which would mean that we would not get any striptease scenes with Halle Berry but there would be enough nude / sex scenes to make up for that.


I don´t know how far Halle would go to bring the extremely explicit sex scenes with the orally fixated nymphomaniac Marty to the big screen but she has shown she can push the boundaries and get down to business.


And as a director who takes his job seriously I would naturally insist on rehearsing all explicit sex scenes with Halle Berry myself just to assure the integrity of the movie. Ah well, those are the sacrifices we make for art.


Since I mentioned Mariah Carey, she would naturally play orally fixated deepthroat specialist Jill since Kevin Taylor himself has casted her in that role and who am I to argue with such a master of erotic comic books ?


Naturally every strip club needs an asian sexbomb and I would cast cosplay queen Yaya Han whose body was made for these kind of roles. Speaking about filling out roles, there have been a few people who were not happy about Yaya Han´s recent cosplay as the Scarlet Witch and took opposition to her outrageously oversized orbs being displayed so openly.


Now as a full on pervert who is obsessed with anything relating to cosplay and asian sexbombs to boot I am down with anything that gets Yaya into a costume with a huge cleavage. But putting all of that aside for a moment, first off you have to acknowledge that her costume is flawless - as all her cosplays are. Otherwise Disney would have never asked her to do this and put her on a variant cover. Yep, not too modest and Yaya is not exactly hiding her headlights under any bushels. So I´m not sure what the problem with the new costume is.

From a design point of view it is geared towards normal street clothes and not so much a traditional super hero dress which is an unfortunate trend plaguing comics now that movies have more importance than the comic books which is the material they are based on. Not that there have not been versions of the Scarlet Witch´s costume which incorporated more of that like when George Perez redesigned it. Which has a bustier and an exposed midriff section. So the new costume covers in fact more of her. 


There are of course people who claim that Yaya is doing a completely oversexed version of the Scarlet Witch which is way out of character.

And that is proof that those people have never read an AVENGERS comic in their life. Boy, if there is one character on that team´s roster that just oozes sex appeal than it´s Wanda Maximof. Don´t believe me ? Then let´s go through her history and take a look at her track record. Not only was she the überbabe all members of Magneto´s Brotherhood of Evil Mutants lusted after, when she became an Avenger she gave Hawkeye a boner and her body made even an android horny. Since I find myself with some free time on my hands I thought it´s about time to post the next part of Mark Waid´s and George Perez brilliant run on THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD, especially since I missed his 63rd birthday.

And - like always - back to our story in progress we join Batman as he meets the Legion of Super - Heroes again for the first time. By the way, yes, Brainiac 5 is a genius but very stupid at the same time. His attitude towards Batman reminds me of the younger generation who thinks they are smarter just because their phones are. Well, guess what, the earth kept spinning before you were born and we did it all with binary code.

I just can´t seem to finish with the spin - off posts from Janet Jackson´s completely unscheduled birthday post : first I decide to write no Janet Jackson birthday post, then I had to make one, then I decide to split it into two posts because it got way too long and then the second post also gets longer and longer because once again I get totally carried away - as always where ultimate hasian cosplay sexbomb Yaya Han is concerned.


Man, every time I think I am ready to treat the subject of cosplaying professionally and objective Yaya goes and wears something like these outfits and turns me back into a drooling, uncontrollably horny idiot.


So this is the part with Yaya Han that started when I was thinking about some casting choices for Kevin J. Taylor´s adult comic The Girl. I already cast Janet Jackson in the title role, Halle Berry as oral deepthroat addict Marty and Mariah Carey as hooker Jill ( whom Kevin Taylor himself draws to look like Mariah ) with Beyonce playing another stripper in Girl´s club.


Naturally every strip club needs an asian sexbomb and I would cast cosplay queen Yaya Han whose spectacular body was made for these kind of roles.

From a design point of view it is geared towards normal street clothes and not so much a traditional super hero dress which is an unfortunate trend plaguing comics now that movies have more importance than the comic books which is the material they are based on. Not that there have not been versions of the Scarlet Witch´s costume which incorporated more of that like when George Perez redesigned it. Which has a bustier and an exposed midriff section. So the new costume covers in fact more of her. 


There are of course people who claim that Yaya is doing a completely oversexed version of the Scarlet Witch which is way out of character.

And that is proof that those people have never read an AVENGERS comic in their life. Boy, if there is one character on that team´s roster that just oozes sex appeal than it´s Wanda Maximof. Holy twin torpedoes, Yaya Han is one of the celebrities where looking for fake nude pictures on the internet is just an enormous waste of time since whatever you may find can never be as good as the real thing.

So she is a 40D but then her cupsize is 36D ? How does this work ? I know that women wear shoes two sizes too small but I would think with breast you would pick a bra that fits, right ? Anyway, the consensus seems to be 40D with Yaya Han on most internet pages. Now in centimeters that is 102 which means that keeping in mind she´s only 5 foot 1 ( 155 centimeters, about my height ) most porn stars don´t measure up.
